For more than 15 years, Mr. Gabson has advised many foreigners investors to settle in DR of Congo by incorporating their companies in the DR of Congo. He monitored and supervised international companies during their incorporation in DR of Congo. He oversighted incorporation documents gathering process, drafted articles of incorporation and followed thru the procedure of compliance with national and local regulatory agencies and services.

Prior to opening his own law practice in DR of Congo, Mister Gabson worked as a real estate agent for the state of Georgia in the US for more than 10 years and developed excellent working relations with the US mortgage lending industries.

Since 2015, he has created a non-profit organization in DR Congo to fight against discrimination and social hatred toward lesbians, gays, bisexuals, and transgender people living in a shadow for fear of persecution, or rejection by their own families and communities. He organized workshop and awareness meetings on how to protect the rights of LGBTQ in DR of Congo and does pro-bono service in defending LGBTQ in courts.

Mr. Ngoy holds his law degree in public law from the Catholic University of Kinshasa in 2016 and he is admitted to the Bar of Kinshasa/Matete in 2017.  

He worked in reviewing foreign investment projects in accordance with DR of Congo and advise the client on tax consequences on their investment by giving them a clear advice on tax avoidance to minimize their business costs.

He oversights companies regulatory paper requirements for companies to be incorporated with local regulator and agencies.

Mr. Joel helped foreign private companies to invest in telecom companies by analysing their objectives and goals in respect to their tax exposure.

His areas of practice are: sub-contracting law, tax law, telecommunication law, employment law, and secured transaction law.

Mr. Ngoy speaks French, Swahili, and Lingala.

Mr. Kadima helped many foreign private companies with foreign labor to settle in DR of Congo by analysis the company’s employment requisites with national employment agencies and local services.

He organized around the country and participated in Africa in many seminars and workshops on training methods, techniques, strategies in assistance of local communities and indigenous peoples in the usage of environmental natural resources.

Besides, Mr. Kadima has participated in many workshops and training in Human Rights and conflicts prevention related to the management of electoral cycles and political alternation with the Jimmy Carter Center in DR of Congo.

Mr. Mpoyi holds his law degree in economic law from the Protestant University of Kinshasa in 2013 and he is admitted to the Bar of Matadi/Kongo Central. 

He guides companies in respect to the regulatory paper requirements, assesses the risk of noncompliance with DR of Congo law and advises in many infrastructure projects in relation of DR of Congo law and regulations.

His areas of practice are: litigation law, corporate law, employment law, business immigration, dispute resolution, and labor law.
